Shipping Policy

Nuffies currently ships Australia-wide.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping: $9.95
Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $65.

Express Shipping: $14.95
Express shipping remains $14.95 regardless of order value.

Dispatch times

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

During launches, sales or unusually busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll let you know.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: approximately 2–6 business days
Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and can vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network.

Australia Post currently estimates Parcel Post at 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 interstate, while Express Post is generally 1–2+ business days within the same state and 1–3+ interstate.

Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Tracking may take a little time to update after the parcel has been lodged.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us at clubhouse@nuffiesgolf.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we can't guarantee changes once a parcel has been sent.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

Delayed or missing orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time or your order appears to be missing, contact us at clubhouse@nuffiesgolf.com.au and we'll help investigate it with the delivery provider.
